8 Hour Diet -- New to Me!

I'd never heard of the 8 Hour diet, but a friend recommended the book to me so I figured I'd check it out. I honestly expected a fad diet plan that would cause more harm than good, but the author was very responsible in explaining how this diet works while sticking to a strong theme of moderation which made the plan outlined seem not only possible but plausible in my life. I especially enjoyed the chapter where Ms. Townsend debunks common diet myths like 'frozen fruits contain less nutrients' (wrong). I also like how she shows how you can fit this diet plan into your lifestyle, even if you have an erratic work schedule. Fascinating book! Definitely check it out!

A new angle on an old subject - worth the read.

This was not what I thought it would be. The information is a bit trite. I think most of what's included has been said before and in a much better way. However, if you are new to dieting or looking for a new angle on the age old idea of food combining this might be the right book for you.

I haven't heard of the 8 Hour Diet. It is a new concept for me and I am glad that I get to read this book because it gives me all the information that I need to know about this diet. The book gives compelling reason why this diet works and it explains well the benefits of this diet.
