Plant Based Diet Book Worth Reading

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this book, but I've been thinking about changing my diet to something more healthy and I thought I'd see what this was all about. The tips about how to integrate this diet into your lifestyle are well worth reading the book for. I also found out a few things I've been doing wrong that cancel out all the good I manage to do every day. Quite an eye opener. The format is easy to read and I found the content very helpful.

A Great Introduction

I have often thought of becoming a vegetarian, and this book may just give me the push I need to taking that step. Due to various health problems over the past few years I have cut down my meat and flour intake quite drastically and have seen a vast improvement in my health. After reading this book I think I will see a complete turnaround. It is very well written and easy to understand, I especially like the tips and guidelines section and how most of the book is written in a question and answer format. I highly recommend this book as an introduction to those, like myself who are interested in becoming a vegetarian.
